If you are running 10 or more minutes late please call the studio.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments after 15 minutes or later resulting in a 100% fee of scheduled appointment.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked
We require 24 hours notice for all appointment cancelations, failure to do so will result in a 100% cancelation fee of scheduled appointment
Appointments canceled 48 hours of appointment will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled appointment.
